Yarn tension model and vibration analysis during unwinding of carbon fiber bobbins

چکیده
A low-quality unwinding process of the machine can lead to downtime knitting and loss fabric quality. To address this issue, we studied tension vibration carbon fiber yarns during unwinding. Based on theory axially moving strings, dynamic model yarn was established process, bringing parameters into simulation. According simulation results, in is closely related spring preload, which needs control within a certain range. When speed increases, fluctuation amplitude, lateral axial amplitude gradually increase, causing friction wear yarn.
